How do you get rid of the bitterness after being lied to , decieved and cheated on for months?

I feel your pain and confusion on how to trust another man with your heart . The fact is it takes so much out of you and twice as much to grow trust again . That a hardy healing time between relationships is all I have managed to come up with so as not to place the blame of my ex on any new relationship . I still freak out at times ...when something just doesn't sit properly and I ume alot but I tell myself daily this isn't that relationship and it plays no part to this one . Keep the faith ...it takes time ...Good Luck and I am sorry you were fooled ...your not alone ...and the quicker you get him out of your life the better off your going to be ! Men like that never change they just get smarter at deceiving Us !
