What do you do when your paycheck is late?

My check was due to be auto deposited into my bank account Aug 28th. When It was not there I asked my boss, he said he had some set backs and has to cut hours as well. It woul dbe in by 2pm on Sep. 1st. Well, here it is, the second, bills are due and no check. what do i do?
