Best exercise to lose body fat?
I'm wondering what is the best way to lose excess body fat? I have heard that intense cardio like running is good, but then I've also heard that weight training is better. My diet is pretty clean, of course I occasionally eat the greasy cheeseburger, but for the most part I eat lots of fruits and veggies. I also stay away from processed and sugar-laden foods and usually go for the wholesome ingredients and I eat lots of veggie-based protein (beans, etc). I'm less concerned with what I actually weigh, and more concerned with losing the excess fat and getting a leaner look, so I'm trying to figure out a good work out program to optimize my fat-burning potential. Any help?
