I have a Palm Centro and everyday it tries to update in the morning, how do I get it to stop?

So every morning it says it tries to update and says it's not available. Then it restarts on me. It's getting really annoying and I don't know which program is trying to update. Any ideas on how I can stop the phone from doing this?
