I'm a senior in highschool at 17 and pregnant. Anyone have some good advice?

I'm in the second semester of my senior year and I'm only 17 years old and pregnant. By the time the baby comes, I'll be out of high school and supposed to be headed to college. There is no way I can be a full time student while trying to take care of a new born. Also, if I don't go to school full time after I graduate, I'll be kicked off my mom's insurance. I've applied for medicaid and am trying to get WIC. Does anyone have any advice on what else I can do to be prepared and get insurance?
