Want to be in the entertainment business, but family says I'm too contrived?

i think itll be really hard for you to have that kind of career if you dont use those sites to promote yourself. and if your really against them try posting some videos to youtube and maybe youll get lucky and someone will see them and sign you. but i would also recomend you get a myspace. but i agree, things arent like they were back when singers could actually sing without auto tune or after all the editing on songs. good luck
