Why are my so hard and my are perky.. So hard there sore..?

I'm 17, haven't had any or anything, I'm not cold but when i took my bra off and felt them because there so hard and perky they felt a little sore and becaue i wear white to bed its embarrasing cus its see thru you know and u can see my s :|
