Does everyone at work now hate me?

I think I have had a really bad day today at work, basically I work for a law firm and there are two different teams a pre-lit and a li team. The pre-lit team have to p over proceedings to me to issue and pre-pare the court hearing. However lately I have been having lots where there are problems and I have to refer them back to people to make further investigations. However, in conversation this morning I mentioned it to my supervisor and he asked me to copy him in all the files I refer back to people by email which I then did. Then this afternoon he sends the whole dept an email saying how the sloppy mistakes in referrals are bad etc and mentioned abt the lack of work they have done. Does everyone at work now think I am a grer and all now hate me
