My brother keeps bothering me?

my brother keeps messing things up for me he is 4 yrs old and he has broken my xbox 360 games by when i am playing he moves the console and the games get stuck and they get sratched then they dont work and then my mom says nothing!so then i hit him and then she took away my 360.what should ui do!!
