37 weeks and 2 days pregnant, diarrhea fallowed by cramping and nausea..?

Im 37 weeks pregnant (and 2 days) i just woke up its 1 am with bad diarrhea. Its stopped now but now i have bad stomach cramps and i feel like im going to throw up. My last Drs appointment was Monday and i was dilated 2.5 cm, i went in to labor and delivery 2 days later because i thought my water was leaking (it wasnt) but i was dilated to a "4 almost a 5". All day yesterday it felt like the baby was IN my , hes really low and every time he would move i would get sharp pains down there. Its really late and i dont want to wake everyone up for a false alarm but does this sound like labor. I am contracting but its not to terrible, but where im already a 4, possibly a 5 or 6 by now should i wait to go in?
