My underarms are really dark, for a while now..?

Check with your doctor. It can be an indication of insulin resistance or some other health problem. You may not have this particular thing but it is best to check with you doctor anyway- research your symptoms on the internet and talk with your doctor about it and if your doctor doesn't help try another till you get help.
