Rh-, previous miscarriage, and + antibodies- any experiences?

I have a patient who is 30 weeks along. She has a negative blood type and when she came for her antibody screen it came up positive. Her OB told her that because her antibodies came up positive they cannot give her the rhogam shot. All they can do is retest and monitor. Hopefully yours clears up.
