Seeing the Revelations today can your religious leaders self-govern themselves without government taking over?

It would be easier for all involved if they actually read the bible and lived their lives accordingly. What a great place to live if they also encouraged members to read and decipher what Jehovah God wants of them. One of my defining moments was realizing that God always knows what is in your heart.
