Sharp pains and blacking out?

I keep gettin sharp pains at the back of my head lasting up to 30 seconds they got that bad once that was cryin (i dont usually do that) and i keep blacking out... i know the blackin out is linked to low blood pressure but not too sure about the sharp pains in the head... should i be worried?
